Don't let the 3 star rating fool you This was a good book and it serves its purpose well I don't recommend the audio but I'm sure the print is good It's a great primer for someone interested in nonviolence and it will direct you to other works that you should explore The author also makes a lot of good points and uses a lot of uotes from famous advocates for nonviolence Probably a wise book to read at this time
